Following the research from t-sa forum 2014 on ‘Refurbishment’ of buildings from late eighteenth century, Victorian and contemporary times in London, the investigation has continued to research the process of renewal in London, focusing on emotional qualities in architecture.
The investigation focused on three recently completed renewal projects listed below in London; Victoria and Albert Museum of Childhood, John Soane Museum and Whitechapel Gallery.
The research was carried out through photography, text, drawing and low-tech printing with accompanying workshops on each technique. t-sa forum approached the research as a design process in a research studio.
