Refund Policy

Refunds for online purchases can be requested by email. If the book has not been posted, we are usually able to refund the purchase.

Refunds on dispatched books can only be given on receipt of the items at the purchaser’s expense.

Books purchased in person can only be exchanged for a credit note and at the Bookshop’s discretion. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days along with a valid receipt.
