Fables for the Drone Age

By Richard Goodwin

N EDITIONS, a new publishing imprint from the London and Sydney based collective N, announces the release of its first edition, Fables for the Drone Age by Richard Goodwin.

Richard Goodwin is an Australian architect and artist whose 40-year practice spans architecture, sculpture, performance, drawing, and painting. His work probes the built environment to expose uncanny assemblages and moments of disappearing porosity in public space. Operating in the same domain as Lebbeus Woods, Vito Acconci or Gordon Matta-Clark, Goodwin’s vital practice operates fluidly in the contested territory between and among architecture and art.

Fables for the Drone Age, edited by David Burns with photography by Anthony Browell, presents a collection of 14 maquettes and small sculptures from 1990-2017, some published here for the first time.
