Groundworks Atlas is a newspaper format publication, published on the occasion of the exhibition Landschaftstadt Zürich, ZAZ Bellerive - Zentrum Architektur Zürich which took place in 2023, developed by Studio Tom Emerson in the autumn semester of 2021, as well as a selection of student projects. With its multi-voiced collection of positions, the exhibition aims to challenge the forms of urban coexistence and stimulate a shift in both perception and action. The traditional contrast between city and country has lost its sharpness. Landscape connects countryside and city, structures the ground and opens up new spaces for wilderness.
