Including a gusseted pocket inside cover, contents page, plain numbered pages, space on the front and spine for labelling, thread stitching and eight perforated sheets, elastic band and bookmark. Inside there are 123 numbered pages of 80gsm plain paper, PVC-free and FSC certified, with light chamois colouring for readability.
